1. Marketplace
FlaconVault sells new bottles first hand from its shop and is a venue for resale between collectors. FlaconVault is not the seller of a resale listing unless the listing is marked as sold by FlaconVault.
2. Escrow
Buyer payments are held in escrow and released to the seller after the buyer confirms receipt, or automatically 7 days after confirmed delivery, unless a dispute has been opened.
3. Provenance
Listing items that are not genuine, diluted, refilled or decanted-as-full is prohibited and leads to a permanent ban and forfeiture of held funds. The pass proves origin, handling and fill level – not the authenticity of the liquid.
4. Vault
Bottles stored in the FlaconVault remain the property of the pass holder. FlaconVault acts as custodian. Storage fees apply after the free period. Redemption closes the pass.
5. Fees
The escrow fee and shipping are shown at checkout and on the How it works page, as amounts, before you pay. They may change with notice.
